The hotel location is good. It is not directly downtown, but just a short walk to the main area. This made it easy to get around without the hassle of parking. The hotel offers free bus tickets (a nice perk).
My room did not have a fridge. The room was also quite noisy, and i could hear my neighbours. The tv was old (the guide was missing).

The hotel provided complimentary bus passes and a stop was located directly at the hotel entrance allowing easy access to town. The cave hot tub was a unique amenity that I particularly enjoyed. The hotel has underground parking at no extra cost, a significant plus. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful.
The Chili's restaurant mainly offers Mexican food and does not have a wide range of other options.

The outdated microwave was nearly on the floor. It was awkward to use. The shower offered a thin stream because of the small, calcified shower head. There was no guest information booklet in the room. The hot tub, a major attraction, smelled moldy and jets weren't working.
